Marval re-certified to ISO/IEC 20000 and ISO 27001 standard

Marval has once again successfully passed its latest ISO/IEC 20000 and ISO 27001 audit. The international quality standard for ITSM reflects the best practice guidance contained within the ITIL framework. Since its introduction in 2005 Marval has successfully held the ISO 20000 certification. And since 2018 we added the ISO 27001 certification which is primarily focussed on information security standards and adherence.

Antoine Jansen, CEO of Marval, says of the re-certification: "Maintaining these standards year after year means we are regularly audited by an independent assessor.
