Marval MSM Connect 18 Annual Customer Conference an opportunity for knowledge transfer

In what was a packed day’s conference held at the Kettering Park Hotel, England, on 25th September 2018, Marval customers had the opportunity to learn of current and future company and product developments, real life customer experiences of using Marval’s service management software and the chance to network and exchange ideas.

Product presentations included exciting company developments and plans for Marval’s long term growth and contribution to service management. A look at the MSM roadmap, product enhancement and development goals over the next 12-24 months. A tour of some of time-saving functionality in MSM when logging requests, managing worklists, configuring rules and more.

Highlights of the day included two guest presentations. 
Nick Coates, Principal ITSM Solutions Engineer and Stephen Martin, Principal Process and Knowledge Specialist outlined Symantec’s ITSM Journey to the cloud. Symantec has gone through a transformation journey to migrate one of its key products from physical data centres to a cloud platform. In their session Symantec shared its journey and how they continue to embrace Marval MSM with its cloud-generation focus.

Wing Commander Russell Barnes, Chief of Staff, College HQ, Royal Air Force College Cranwell, kept the audience enthralled and riveted with his reflections on an extraordinary, action packed military career.

Marval has an enviable record of creating longstanding working partnerships with customers which was demonstrated by the presentation of customer loyalty awards at the conference to London Fire Brigade and North East London CSU who combined have been Marval customers for over 25 years! 

Marval’s annual customer conference MSM Connect is a great opportunity for customers to network, share ideas and experiences which can be taken back to the workplace.
