The IT sector has over the past decades made numerous attempts to copy the industry's successful efficiency and quality improvement models - automation, Lean, etc. The employees have been good, but it has nevertheless been difficult to bring about a real change and achieve the same positive effects on productivity and customer benefit as it appears in industry. A common perception we often encounter in the industry is that "nothing has happened in 15 years".

 

In a series of breakfast seminar, free of charge, Marval Nordic will highlight what´s "not happened", why and how we can make things happen by reaching out to the people behind the user.

 

The seminars will revolve around the themes people, leadership and change. Based on an IT Service Management perspective, we bring up concrete actions that you can take to ensure that each individual employee of IT is more satisfied with his work situation, thus contributing to greater customer satisfaction.

 

At the first seminar, we focus on how you can work with measurement and analysis to identify effective actions of change. Together we look at a measurement we created for a Marval customer and discuss the results. You will receive useful tips and advice that you can put into practice immediately when you get home.

 

After the seminar, it is time to ask questions and all participants will have brought a "startup" for change.
