Marval announces partial acquisition by US- based private equity firm - Eli Global  

This acquisition aligns with Marval’s business strategy for global expansion and intensified focus on the rapidly growing Enterprise Service Management (ESM) market. The investment will empower Marval to accelerate growth, by speeding up product development and capitalising on the investment group’s diversified vertical industries’ expertise, which extends to more than fifteen business sectors and twenty locations all over the globe.

Following this acquisition, Marval will further invest in developing pioneering technology and ground breaking tools, enabling its customers to access the latest ESM technology and services faster.
