prestigious itSMF UK IT Service Management Awards event; Project of
the Year, Innovation of the Year and ISO/IEC20000 Student of the
Year. Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony during a Gala
Dinner on 9th November 2009 at the Birmingham Hilton Metropole
