Customer Successes at 2008 itSMF UK IT Service Management Awards

Congratulations to both the European Central Bank (ECB) for winning the prestigious ‘Project of the Year’ award for its ISO 20000 service improvement programme and The University of Northampton for taking the ‘Innovation of the Year’ award for its introduction of the world’s first Masters Degree (MSc) IT Service Management.
Customer success continued with another Marval customer, Allied Irish Bank (AIB), being a finalist in the Project of the Year category for its amazing Olympus ISO 20000 Programme.
The awards were presented at the itSMF Gala Dinner, Hilton Metropole, Birmingham on 11 November 2008.
