Marval Customer wins Swedish Service Desk Manager of the Year Award 2008

Congratulations to Pernilla Edlund and Johan Gislén from the University of Kalmar (Högskolan i Kalmar) for being awarded the prestigious "Swedish Service Desk Manager of the Year 2008" at this year’s Swedish Servicedesk Forum.

"We are very pleased and proud of this award. We would like to thank all our co-workers and Marval, who have all made this achievement possible" Pernilla Edlund.

This makes it the third year running that a Marval customer has been awarded this title (QBranch received it in 2007 and Rusta in 2006)

The University of Kalmar in Sweden was officially established in 1977. The University with 9,500 students has a range of almost 50 degree programmes and over 300 courses to offer within natural sciences, technology, computing, economics, tourism, social science, the humanities, behavioural science, health care, maritime subjects, design and media and teacher training.
