MSM provides an optional import utility. This powerful and intelligent utility allows requests to automatically record events directly into the MSM system, just as if you were entering the information yourself from the keyboard.

MSM links to a number of sources, including your own procedures, programs and scripts, automation and network management tools (eg. Netman, HP Openview, Robomon), and general SNMP traps.
