Technical Support

We use MSM to service our customers and support our internal activities. Highly skilled and informed operatives will always be available to answer your queries, whether it is a technical support call or a request for general advice and information.

Marval supply a wide range of service plans to make life easy for you and your business. This can range from our standard service, to modem support links, out-of-hours and weekend installations and upgrades. In addition to telephone support, our customers can also send requests and enquiries via the Internet mail network from anywhere in the world.

Maintenance Details

 
When you first purchase the Marval software application you have to pay from 17.5% of the product list price. The maintenance is payable in advance and entitles you to the following:

  • Telephone technical support
  • Free Upgrades
  • Interim point releases if required
  • A free copy for disaster recovery purposes
  • A free copy for test purposes
  • A free copy for training purposes

Additional support services are available at extra cost.
