Identifying known errors, FAQs, solutions or workarounds can be difficult and time consuming. This generally works well if a request is correctly identified and categorised.
However, in reality, users will simply report the same symptom in different ways. Innovative MSM functionality enables you to not only quickly find known errors, but also match 'known as' definitions, e.g. EMAIL, MAIL, OUTLOOK, MS OUTLOOK, EXCHANGE or NOTES.
