ITILŪ v3 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management
The ITILŪ v3 Foundation course provides delegates with an overview of the IT Service Management (ITSM) Lifecycle and its supporting processes, functions and roles. The course will enable delegates to understand how an integrated ITSM framework can be adopted and adapted within their own organisations.
All of the ITIL v2 processes are contained within v3, with a greater emphasis on how to demonstrate value to the business. The course prepares students for the Foundation Certificate in ITSM examination, which takes place on the last day of the course.

ITIL v2 - v3 Manager's Bridging Course
This qualification course addresses the gap between the ITIL v1 or v2 Service Manager's Certificate in ITSM and the ITIL Expert certification in ITSM. It addresses the subject areas of all five Lifecycle stages which are new to v3 and existing subject areas of v2 which have undergone significant change in v3.
The morning of the fourth day is focused on exam preparation prior to sitting the exam.
